Ordered a Moen 1hp Garbage Disposal with a specific delivery date. Made arrangements with my client to install on said delivery date. Homedepot shipped with a sub-par carrier that "experienced an issue shipping" and delayed delivery a full week... I'm running a Veteran Owned Business... its just my son and I, and Homedepot is screwing with my livelyhood. It's cheaper and more reliable to go to Amazon from this point forward. You lost this Veteran's business.

Spent over $1000 on Closet Evolution system. I needed extra parts, ordered and shipment of one drawer was damaged. Home Depots resolution is for me to reorder and pay again, drive the broken piece 20 min to the nearest store and ask for a refund. Also, I was told the very parts I ordered are shipped from the local store....I went there 1st and was told they don't carry but you have to order online. So I asked if I took the broken piece to the store for my refund why can't they just replace then. Well....that's just not how it works. Never shopping Home Depot again. I was a loyal customer er for over 20 yrs. Sad how they have become so distant from their own consumers. I'm not going to bother returning now, I'll go to Ace hardware and get glue and hardware to and fix myself. Pathetic

I don't know how a store can mess up back to back online orders. Ordered a light fixture, sent wrong one. Ordered counter stools, delivered wrong one. Apparently their site had bugs and what you saw in the cart was not actually what they had in stock.

Home Depot is great ! 👍Love my beautiful appliances 👍I bought all my appliances with the great package deal for my refrigerator, microwave , stove and dishwasher. Plus 2 year no financing for special customers since I bought toilets , faucets and many home supplies. Great toilet's , Glacier Bay , store brand name. My plumber recommends them. I am from Boardman Ohio and I shop at the Boardman store. Chris the sales employee in appliances was very helpful and also 5 stars to Delaney when I called about my delivery that day.She was very nice and helpful Delivery went well . I will continue in the future buying from Home Depot you can't beat their Great home fixtures , prices, service and financing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you 😊 to Home Depot and staff. 👌👍

I was delivered 2 dead and broken plants , the delivery driver left my boxes out at my front gate, instead of placing them on my porch where they'd be protected. In order to receive a refund, they've given me an option to have the courier pick up the damaged plants, but, I have no box to pack them in, because they, too were damaged! So, now I have to drive 50 miles to a store with these damaged plants , stand in line and argue with a store associate, due to a blunder I didn't cause! The chat feature is worthless ! What happened to accountability in this country ?!

The office manager ordered oven last week for clergy housing. He had a heart attack on Friday. His wife calls me to help and says HD is dleivrring the oven in 10 minutes, way too short of time notice. I tell her i can be there in 20 minutes. I arrive with my toddler in tow. Tell driver i will go to office and get key back in 5 minutes. Hauling my toddler to get the key when i got back delivery driver was gone. Terrible.

Purchased a new GE french door refrigerator, bottom freezer with no door dispenser. The delivery guys who set this up sucked! They didn't take wrapping off or tapes, didn't level doors or refrigerator and didnt install the new braided water line I purchased. Where they connected the existing water line it was leaking and they also didn't turn on the ice maker. Well 3 visits later the ice maker was still not producing ice so I looked inside and low and behold the electric line was not plugged in. I couldn't fit inside to connect unless I took off the door so my wife who is small did it. Guess what, I had ice in an hour! 3 visits from their techs, 9 different guys here and we had to set it up!! There delivery teams suck ass

Ordered fire pit, cover and green fire glass. Received fire pit in good time, 2 days later the cover and fire glass missed delivery date. Called up and was told fire glass would arrive in 2 days and I’d receive email. Never received email or fire glass when I called again I was told the item was in the hands of ups. I called ups and they said they never received package. When I made additional call to Home Depot I was told well the package was most likely lost and they would refund me, I asked for any compensation and they said no. When I told them I was going to write negative review they said basically do what you gotta do!

90 percent of the things I order are not delivered on time. Sometimes I have to pay for a delivery fee for late deliveries too. The prices at Home Depot for most of their products are also generally higher than you could get elsewhere. Product quality is generally good, but now and then, not so much.

I have been trying to get a quote for my cabinets for over 3 weeks. The cabinets are ready to be installed but I'm still waiting on an install quote. This is at the HD in Bradenton Florida on Cortez.

I purchased a frigidaire 20 cu ft refrigerator from Home Depot. The salesman was the only positive part of this whole fiasco. I stressed I needed this delivered as soon as possible. The best they could do was 4 days later. I received a text stating my delivery date was changed to 8 days later. "So sorry" I called the store and was told this is a delivery issue. I called the delivery service and was told sorry, but there's no one to deliver sooner. In what world is this kind of bait and switch service acceptable? I thought Home Depot was better than this....wrong wrong. Cancel my order and spread the word that Home Depot sucks!! A former loyal Home depot customer

I would like to share my recent experience with Glen in the Paint Department at Home Depot in Biloxi. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was very disappointing. Glen was neither helpful nor attentive, and his attitude came across as dismissive rather than supportive. When I shop at Home Depot, I expect to be treated with courtesy and to receive guidance when needed, especially in a department as important as paint. However, my interaction with Glen was so poor that I ultimately left the store and went to Lowe’s, where I was provided with proper assistance and respectful service. Customer service is a vital part of any shopping experience, and I hope Home Depot addresses this issue so that future customers don’t encounter the same treatment.

Home Depot in Oak Ridge Tennessee. Went to tool department in hardware . Was assisted by a man named Darrell. He was very rude and belittled my husband when he asked about a nail gun. When he asked about the tool , he kept pointing and actually hitting the information sign saying it’s right there. . He acted like my husband was dumb. He walked us to the register with the tool we purchased and was rude all the way there. My husband has been in construction business for 50 years. Worst customer service we have ever had .

Terrible. I ordered 8 boxes of white tile From Home Depot Old Bridge. NJ Old Bridge store was out of stock so they had Edison NJ store fulfill the order Edison NJ store made an error 7 white 1 grey box I went to Old nridge store to let them know anout the error and they said Hazlet NJ has 19 boxes. I asked Old Bridge to gave Haxlet ship 1 white box to my house today. The return petson called her boss the boss said no I was told to drive to Hazlet to get box to fix their error. I then call Old Bridge store manager he said sorry I then called corporate they said nothing they can di Bye bye HD never again will you get a penny 7 white

Home Depot as girly gone down in the last year or two whenever I have deliveries done they're always wrong. The wood I have for projects that is delivered is twisted and non-usable, and they will not take back anything without a receipt, also had a 5 gallon bucket of paint delivered that was the wrong color they did not take it back and would not give a refund. I recommend if you want to get better products and better customer service to go always go to Lowe's.

William was very helpful when NO ONE ELSE was this morning. I went to the customer service first, and the guy there was very short and curt with me, to pick up my bathtub. My contractor was waiting in the contractor pickup zone as requested. I finally flagged down William who said, "I am in windows and doors." But he stopped what he was doing and looked up my order. It was in the hold for delivery cage and he gave it to me, as well as the paperwork the others were supposed to do. It was only a good experience because of William's "can do" attitude - no other reason. He was a great employee. He should be teaching others. I grew up in retail (my parents owned a jewelry store in San Antonio) and almost no one has a "customer first" attitude today. Also, they don't answer the phone.

Our experience with Temco has been nothing short of awful. They were contracted to deliver our appliances from Home Depot, and the process has been a disaster from start to finish. Deliveries have been delayed over and over again, with no communication or accountability. Most recently, they showed up without the dryer we had purchased — the delivery team admitted it wasn’t even on the truck. At this point, it feels like they outright lost our appliance. Meanwhile, we’ve had to go weeks without essential items we paid thousands of dollars for. The constant rescheduling, broken promises, and complete lack of reliability have been exhausting and costly. We’ve wasted time off work waiting at home for deliveries that never showed up, and we’re still without what we ordered. If you see Temco is handling your delivery, be prepared for endless delays, poor service, and zero accountability. They have been incompetent at every step, and customers deserve far better.

Home Depot failed to deliver my Washer and Dryer w/Pedistools in a timely fashion. They said that they attempted to deliver it twice on that day. The first time I called them to report that we had been home all day patiently awaiting our delivery. The second time was BC I called to have them turn around and redeliver. I was told I would get a call when they were back. I received no call. Now they say they can't deliver it till the 20th of Sept. I purchased these appliances out of need not want and this is unacceptable. I am at the point of cancelling my order and purchasing somewhere else. I will never be purchasing anything from Home Depot again and will be informing everyone I know and even those I don't (Social Media) to be advised if not rectified.
