grandville mi store buying the product was fine loading unto my trailer by their operators was a bad experience/ obvious barely qualified operators/ and safety habits my last time with homedepot

The delivery never arrived on the scheduled day. Then, the driver left the boxes outside in the rain, and he was extremely rude—we actually had to call the police. The worst part is that the delivery driver faced no consequences. I went to the store and canceled my order for $6,000 worth of kitchen cabinets. Very poor service.

Home Depot Kennewick Washington 99337. I'm done with home Depot, reserved a 5/8 in power feed sewer auger which is rated for 4 to 8 in sewer pipe, reserved it for 8:00 a.m. got there before 8:00 a.m. the representative that was helping another customer said give me a minute, it was 20 minutes before he ever came back maybe a little more cuz they sent somebody else to replace him after one of the six people behind me complained, two of the people before him actually left, so I was stuck dealing with a gentleman from doors and windows that wasn't familiar with the rental stuff, I had reserved a power feed and he tried to give me a manual feed no big deal he's trying, and then he said I could pick from any one of the tools in the box well it's rated for four to eight inches but the biggest tool in the box was for two and a half inch pipe, when the original rental gentleman came back he was oblivious no apologies, the gentleman from Doors and windows let me cancel my reservation but I wasted my gas wasted my time wasted my Saturday morning, for something they knew couldn't possibly happen, nobody has their own cutters for a power auger if they did they wouldn't be renting, so frustrated I need to cancel my home Depot account it's a joke home depot's websites the worst their service is poor Lowe's and even Ace blows them out of the water

I ordered a stove and a dishwasher. The stove came fine. They canceled my dishwasher delivery which I had to wait around all day for.. they never told me that I had to take the dishwasher out. I called and I said I was disabled and I couldn’t take it out. They said they would then they told me they don’t do that so I called and had a professional put it in and it’s the worst dishwasher. The door is so chintzy so I called and told them that and said it won’t drain. They said someone would come out on Wednesday to check it then they called and said that they don’t do that and I asked them in the first place if they had someone that could put it in for me and they said no they don’t do that if I was anyone never order from Home Depot they need to teach their employees what the company does and doesn’t do I spent $1800 and you won’t come and look at the crappy dishwasher that you sold me even the professional that put it in said it’s not a very good dishwasher so now I have to go out and buy another one and I’m on a fixed income. I just don’t think that’s fair after all the lies this company told me just a warning stay away from Home Depot for appliances.

customer service is not all lost. I was at your San Marcos store ca, and needed help with loading a 14ft ladder, ROBERT went above and beyond to make sure I had the red flags and also helped me to tie down the ladder to secure in place. I could not have done this bye myself. thanks again, I will be back soon. Maurice

I bought a Troy-Bilt TBC-304 4cc tiller in January, because of bad weather I didn't have an opportunity to put the wheels on, service the fuel/oil and crank it up until March 23. After operating for a total of 4 minutes it stopped working and would not restart, I checked the owners manual and it directed me to their "Authorized" service center. The next day I took it there and thats where it still is today, I called Troy-Bilt but was told that since it's at the service center it's out of their hands. Maybe Home Depot should only deal with companies that standby their products!

Very poor customer service experience. my husband has a Pro Xtra membership, and he is supposed to earn rewards on every purchase he make, but total rewards haven’t even exceeded $40. However, in 2025 alone, we spent over $15,000 — he built a basement and purchased almost everything from Home Depot. The same applies to 2024, yet only a few of my invoices appear in the system.We even sent them just one invoice from October 2025, and its total alone is $1,995. They are unable to find a solution and don’t seem willing to either. We’ve contacted them multiple times. Truly terrible customer service.

No customer service for refrigerator purchased at Del Ray HD.Held phone 45 minutes hung up on twice.The Store doesn't want to know you after purchse.Indeed our salesperson who sold us a package of what we need is in a different dept everyday could care less and doesn't want to know usn. We have bought more than a few appliances.Will not buy anymore. Had to call headquarters

Home Depot admitted they installed the wrong countertops in my mother’s home and still refuse to fix it. My mother is a senior citizen who waited over 30 years for new countertops, and now she’s been taken advantage of and left with something she never ordered. Do not trust this company with your home or your money.

Delivery. Very poor communication and I find it appalling to see full names and addresses of stops available for me to visualize. This opens up security issues in a big way for the consumer. I was told one time frame then another then nothing then by 8pm. Glad I wasted a day on your lack of organization I am done with Home Depot. Saving money here or there is not worth it. I would give a negative star if it was available. My grill better not have one dent or scratch on it. It will go back

Worst delivery team. Second appliance ordered within 3 months. They kept canceling the delivery and rescheduling. Come to find out the product was backordered after the 3rd cancellation. That would have been nice to know when i originally ordered the product. I should have learned my lesson and not ordered with them again. I was supposed to receive a refrigerator on Sat. between 3-7. At 4:30, I got a message saying they wont be delivering it. Absolutely no consideration and rude. Extremely poor management. Home Depot is stupid for hiring whatever service is doing this for them. They rescheduled for Tuesday. The woman on the phone said it should still be the same time 3-7 for Sat. I told her if its not I don't want it. She said she can't guarantee. It's Tuesday, their ready to deliver at 12:00. I just completely cancelled my order and will be going with another company. No more appliances through Home Depot.

I purchased a top of the line (Bosch 800) dishwasher from the Home Depot Online. The installation date was cancelled twice, last minute, causing me to loose 2 days of work. Today, the installers came and misaligned the dishwasher to the wall. It sticks out 1" on one side and 1/4" on the other. In addition they chipped the bull nose tile I had on the sink above the dishwasher. Horrible installation quality, reflecting a true lack of professionalism and pride in their work. I will NEVER consider purchasing anything from them in the future. I would advise anyone reading this to choose another supplier.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your store today. I was looking for cabinet consultation and was told to go to another area. When I went there, no one was available, so I came back to customer service. The cashier then denied giving me that direction and became rude when I tried to explain. I was told to leave the store and that I was not wanted as a customer. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would like this incident to be reviewed and addressed properly. I expect better customer service and proper staff training.

Very bad experience on two separate occasions with appliance delivery. 1st: installed washer never fully connected the water line causing leakage/water damages behind wall. 2nd: I scheduled appliance (washer/dryer) delivery for our rental apartment complex. They never communicated timeframe of delivery, so I receive this random call stating “hey we are here to deliver”. It’s just a crapshoot, disappointing THD has not made this a priority to improve.

Love the service in the store. As of today, I will no longer order home delivery. They use varies companies to deliver products. Don't back delivery mishaps, you have to deal with delivery company on your own. Company they used today, left over 500.00 worth of flooring ordered (10 cases) on sidewalk landing a condo away from from mine in open area. Never had that happen.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience with The Home Depot delivery team. I ordered flooring, and the delivery was originally scheduled for Tuesday but was delayed to Friday with no notice. I waited all day Friday, and when nothing arrived, I called and was told it would be there by 8pm. I waited until then—still nothing. After calling again, the delivery finally showed up at 6am the next morning, with no communication, in the pouring rain, and the flooring was left sitting in my driveway. When we counted everything, I was missing 8 cases. I had to call again and wait on hold for nearly an hour just to get that addressed. In the end, I had to go into the store myself and pick up the remaining flooring. Throughout this entire process, there was little to no communication unless I reached out first, and nothing was done to properly remedy the situation. I barely received any refund or compensation for the inconvenience and missing items. This was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend getting things delivered from Home Depot if you don’t have to. The people in the store were very kind when I went to purchase new floors but customer service was very difficult about the entire process and receiving the money I paid for the missing floors.

Home depot in northern Durham NC very poor customer service. Ask 3 associate s for help with floor roll waited 20mins manger would not even come to the location. A very nice young man that was 3rd associate i had ask had the manners to tell me they did not have anyone to cut the roll.I will not be going back to this location ever again and get better mangers!
