I shop at home Depot yesterday and was very impressed with the customer service I was in the plumbing area and I was assisted by Nicole she was so very professional and friendly. I feel she went above and beyond to assist me she want to give me a cart for my toilet, make sure it was dry and that I had assistance getting into my car and getting it out of my car at home who knows the home Depot I know if you have happy employees you must be doing something right. Also I went last week and was helped by Linda cashier on the front she is well it was very professional and seen wouldn't help me in any way I needed. That's the kind of customer service I can appreciate.

I am so discussed with Home Depot. They have cost me a lot of money. A few years ago, we redid our bathroom. It was beautiful. I went into Home Depot and asked the lady (Michelle) in the flooring department what is a good safe cleaning product I could use on it. She looked at me like I was stupid and told me I can use anything on it. I said OKAY. Needless to say, my tile got discolored and our very expensive new shower was destroyed. Now we fast forward to today. I go in because I was going to caulk under the wood molding of our windows before winter. We got new windows 3 years ago and I noticed there was cold air coming in. I asked the guy where the caulk was, I told him what I was doing. He then told me that the window was installed incorrectly. I told him where I am caulking the new windows wouldn't have affected it. (I feel) He told me yes, it does and I need to get them back out to correct it. Needless to say, I took their advice. I had to pay $130.00 for the service call. When the tech got out to my house, he confirmed what I thought. He told me exactly what they do when they replace the windows. Once again out money due to the lack of knowledge from your employees. If they are not 100% sure of what they are saying they should not give advice. I could have just caulked my window myself and saved all that money. Thanks HD!!!!

Home Depot charges a 100% late fee on any amount owed. This is immediate starting from the first month you are late. We missed a $26.00 charge, dues August 16th. We were charged a $26.00 late fee, and use of my card was denied as of September 1st. Home Depot has absolutely lost their mind. Customer Service also is terrible - impossible to speak to anyone whose first language is English, and difficult to get away from AI generated calls. After 30+ years of loyal use I'm switching to Lowes.

Plenty of staff at the McDonough location standing around but no one is willing to help beyond pointing toward a direction. When having to ask for help again after being told someone would come help me the attitude I got almost got matched back. Absolutely ridiculous how this location has no interest in helping a customer. Too many employees watching me get increasingly frustrated but it seemed to amuse them rather than move them to action. Training and expectations here must be abysmal to allow this to happen.

Bought a fridge from HD and purchased the extended service warranty with it. As expected the fridge ice maker failed and I had to rely on this useless extended warrant coverage through ALLSTATE. Its all AI generated and after 55 minutes back and forth, with 3-8 minute delays between each response, they refused to send a repairman out and told me to defrost the fridge and call them back with the results. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS !!! The last appliance I will ever buy from HD

Terrible customer service, had installation for a microwave and they blew my cabinet out with a paddle bit, and says that’s a normal professional installation. My 7 year old could do a better job than their professional installers. I will never use HD ever again I’ll just go to Lowe’s, better customer service anyways. Customer beware of HD professional installers, what a joke. And I paid for that .

I ordered Anderson 200 series with screens 2 1|2 months ago. I paid the credit card in full. Iwas given a day for delivery. I was told it was delayed for two more weeks. The day came for delivery and no one knows when or were my 11 windows are or when they will be delivered. Each time my contractor comes, I getting charged an additional $600. To my total bill. I decided to email corporate because no one at customer service or the store knows anything. They state i am on my own brvause it's being delived to my home by a third party and not at my HomeDepot store. Shame on HomeDepot. I purchased the windows directly from them. If u could havepurchased the windows directly from Anderson I woyld have. HomeDepot step up to the plate and do the right thing. Next time i will go to an independent store if you are going to treat people like a number.

I requested window cover measurements. Home Depot uses an outsider company to perform this task. Probably it is the same company who does installation. I asked for the company phone number. This company hours of operation: 8am-3pm. I called at least 5 times, left 2 messages and they only called me back after 2 hours. I called Home Depot to try to talk to someone in the blinds department. After being hung up twice, I finally got a person helping me. He asked me to sign on the window treatment website. I did. When i tried to sign out, I could not do it. He said it was new and had glitches. i contacted their office in Georgia. Waste of time, the person did not even know what I was talking. I called the store where i paid for the blinds measurements, asking to cancel. it took 2 to 3 phones call to do it. Long story make short, it took 2 hours to find out the inefficient system Home Depot has, and I really want to stay away from it from now on. Terrible experience.

I ordered a dishwasher and waited seven days for the scheduled delivery, but it never arrived. I called customer service, and the representative apologized, explaining that my order had not been processed. She then processed it promptly. On the second delivery attempt, the drivers rang the bell but did not wait. By the time my tenant’s son answered the door, they had already left. On the third attempt, the delivery team finally arrived and dropped off the unit. However, when we opened the box to install it, we discovered that the dishwasher door was damaged. This has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. To make matters worse, this is a rental property, and the lengthy delay has caused significant inconvenience for my tenants. They are understandably upset and have now requested a rent adjustment due to the disruption. I am very disappointed with the overall service and the condition of the product upon delivery.

Warning for anyone shopping home Depot online, "good luck" once again my purchase was lost in transit somehow. When I called to inquire as to what happened their response was basically " oh well, just cancel it and reorder".?????. Fortunately the same product was available at Lowe's. Price guarantee. "And on time!" Imagine that. Very disappointed.

I received a coupon from Home Depot and when I went to use it, I followed all the instructions and they scanned it and it didn’t work and the cashier her responses take it up with Home Depot. I went to customer service and they said she gave me the same excuse saying, I had followed all the rules, but they didn’t know. Take it up with Home Depot called Home Depot wasted 25 minutes kept getting put on hold and one time they said they thought the problem was there scanner gun was a color one and the coupon was black-and-white on my phone that I received from them in my account but no offer to actually fix the problem and if they know that that’s the issue why don’t they fix it before they put people through this plus their staff needs to be trained about customer service not just act rude and just tell people to take it up with Home Depot

On June 23rd, 2026 we bought an LG washer & dryer from Home Depot. On our first wash the washer made clunking sounds – like there was loose change inside or a zipper on some clothes. That was not the case! We called Home Depot and were told it’s not their problem – it’s LG’s problem. We called LG and the excuses were abundant. Eventually, two guys from LG showed up a few days later. All’s we heard from them, over and over, was that they are not technicians and any weird noise or problem had to be handled by technicians. We again called LG and the excuses were aplenty. Bottom line is that no technicians would be dispatched. What of the extended warranty we paid for. The woman from LG had no record we had an extended warranty. We had to scan and submit the proof of purchase of the extended warranty to the email address we were given. Back to square one. Next, we were told to provide the serial number. That same woman told us it’s not a valid number. We again had to take a picture, scan it, and submit it to the email address. The washer was then verified. Now we were told to take a video, with sound, of the washer making this noise. Until then, no technician would be dispatched. She then ended the call. What excuse is next? What hoop are we supposed to jump through next? So much for buying an extended warranty when nobody is willing to help. In the meantime, we are without a washing machine. Additionally, the woman from LG was short with us and rather rude. How dare we complain of an LG product having problems – warranty or not! We can’t return the washer to Home Depot because they have a 48-hour return policy on LG products. We were told by that woman at LG that we can’t return the washer as LG has a 14-day return policy. So, here we sit with a washer that doesn’t work right and our extended warranty means SQUAT!

We ordered a set of new whirlpool washer and dryer. . they told us it would take a week. They showed up delivered the appliances scraped my door jam down to the wood underneath, also damaging the dryer vent I thought ok not a huge deal but I did mention it to them no sorry no nothing... I hooked everything up and salad they never installed the dryer legs that was difficult but finally got it done. As I was doing that I noticed a deep scratch across the front bottom of the dryer and washer too . Come to find out through further investigation the deeply cut into the appliances on all 3 slides with their razor knife opening the box .. unbelievable!!?? Called CS they scheduled a replacement delivery for the next week. Ok Well guess what.. YEAH they were the same morons that damaged the original order. This time it wasn't as. Bad though they cut threw the box again and damaged a new product??? When confronted their only reply was do you want to send it back again? I said IDK let me call CS and eventually after 45 minutes on phone they offered a 25% discount ,do we took it .. After all that They apparently Cannot deliver new products without damaging them on delivery. Quality control is extinct. Never ordering anything from them ever. Customers Beware!!!!

Do yourself a real big favor and never order anything from Home Depot specially, the appliance delivery I’m still in the middle of a nightmare. It took them over a week to deliver my stackable washer and dryer and when the washer got installed, it was broken and the truck driver refused to take the machine back as he is supposed to, according to the sales girl. Now my renters have no working washer and dryer. Now we have to wait longer. This is the worst ever.

Home Depot customer service is as good as their app. It sucks, their customer service people are far too limited to be actual help to customers. If their loss prevention is run the same way then I guess that’s why so much product is stolen from them. I even reported a woman walking right in front of me that had put a Quick Set lock in her purse, I pointed right at her and told them she is stealing and they did nothing. The honest Home Depot customer shoulders the blame for for the dishonest. The biggest part of the problem is at the top.

The tracking for home depot's delivery is horrible. It has a big bright box that says track your order. Every time you try to track your order. It says bad error. All you will ever know about your deliveries is the expected day

And so I n left with a big smile confidence that I got the right items.I had an amazing experience at the Clarksville Home Depot thanks to Kyle! I was nervous about buying parts for a weed eater that wasn't mine, but Kyle immediately told me, "No worries, we will get you taken care of." He found exactly what I needed. I left with the right items and a huge smile. Thank you home depot for having Kyle in your team!
