I placed an order on July 19, 2025, which indicated it would be delivered on July 20, 2025. Three days later, I still haven't received it. As soon as I receive it, I'll return it to the store, as I had to pay again for the same item at another store. Bad services!!

We were in Home Depot in St George Utah. Trying to find a certain type of screw. Stopped an employee who told me which isle. I still couldn't find it. I approached 2 employees who appeared to to shooting the breeze by the laughter. Asked for help they told me the same isle number and continued their conversation. I had to ask if they could help me locate it. The young man acted as if I was a bother.

Home Depot Online delivery is the Worst! Product to be delivered 2 days ago, now today and now when I call customer service they tell me these are all "estimated" arrival dates and it may be here in the next 2 to 3 days! Never buy anything from Home Depot online and expect a delivery when the system tells you it's arriving could be a week later.....

The people in the store were very nice. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then I ordered 12 bags of topsoil and they said they would have someone loaded in my car. Well, he loaded in the car all right, all over the car. One of the bags was completely open my eight year old grandson said to him isn’t that bag open and the guy said no it’s fine. I also bought a bag of grass seed and he threw the heavier topsoil bags on top of the grass seed and completely blew it out. I had buckets of grass seed all over my car. It was unbelievable.

Sales cashier Catherine in the garden department acted like it was an inconvenience for her to try to wait on me, or even be friendly. Maybe she's just mad at the world!

I was very disappointed in the customer service in the flooring department at the Regina east Homedepot. First of all the flooring guys were seriously hiding from helping customers. And when asked for help they were rude. When I finally got help and everything I needed. Went to pay for my product as I was told and waited and waited. Finally the front end cashier went to track down where the product was I purchased as I was told they would load and bring it out. No one was getting anything ready. They told front end cashier they knew nothing about it! She showed them everything and told them to bring it out to the truck and load it. They were rude and when I asked them to wrap it they rolled their eyes. And when it was done, snarkly said happy now. So rude. The front end cashier was awesome. So glad for her or I would have still been waiting a week later! So disappointed!

Went to self checkout because I am not in a hurry and I like to verify each item's price as a scan them. Before I could even get 4 ft from the open register, the sco employee blocks my cart, scans the items really quick so I can't keep track, then puts them into a bag WITH A Hole in it. Then when I pay he scoops the receipt out of the machine himself . WTHell. I can give the receipt info if needed. Lapeer MI HD

Purchased 4 appliances for installation from Home Depoit. the install team was more interested in speed than quality work. It was like watching a NASCAR pit crew. They are scheduled to return today to fix the issues. We shall see.

I tried to buy a gate opener but 3 employees were "too busy" talking and I could not any of them to open the locks on the cabinet. I went to an employee in the lumber department and he opened the locks so I could but the mighty Mule 271. If I did not live 2 miles from the Placerville store and get a 10% vet discount I would shop else where.

I do not recommend Home Depot for buying home appliances. In June I replaced a washer dryer combo and it took three attempts for the delivery guys to deliver the correct appliance. When this unit was delivered they damaged my Laundry room ceiling and they knock down the over head light. They also attempted to hook up the appliances but do not tighten the connection correctly so there was no power. Home Depot as I understand does not give you a warranty so I had to take it up with Whirlpool. It was not easy getting through to Whirlpool however I finally did talk to someone!! They sent out All Major Appliance Co who had the correct hardware and fixed the problem. These guys from Home Depot had no training and were Rude. If I should need to replace a appliance next time I will be going some were else!

They have so many bad reviews that they have stopped caring. They charged me 90$ for 2 appliance hoses for 3/4 gas line. Literally 2$ to make. $25 at a plumbing shop. $50 total. They charge u double. Is everything in the store like this. Big corporation u would think would be cheaper not twice as expensive. But once again no cares here. Obviously it's only about making money not being fair

I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot Sept 21. I could have bought the same refrigerator at another store for $125.00 cheaper but the delivery was 2 weeks earlier then the other store. I requested off work for the delivery then Home Depot changed the delivery date. I had to request off another delivery date. I should have purchased from the other store it would have been cheaper and delivered sooner. I wouldn’t have had to miss 2 days of work. This will be my last purchase for an appliance at Home Depot.

Ordered an apartment size dinette table with two chairs. I was never contacted that it arrived. I just happened to contact home Depot the first late day, and they told me yeah it's in. I put a big blanket on the floor to put it together, after it was all done. I noticed once the leaf was raised it was missing a piece in the corner. So sad, this is what $400.00 gets you now a days.

Today I tried to make a purchase at the Home Depot in Cordova/Wolfchase. The self check out is horrible. I scanned the first item and get assistance needed. It was low paper for receipts. I scanned a can of spray paint plus seven other items. The attendant is standing behind me the entire time now says, you have to enter your date of birth to buy the paint. I try to enter it but the keyboard doesn't pop up. She makes it show so I can enter my info. She then says you have to start ove because it wanted your date of birth to continue. She stood there and could have corrected the process when it started being an issue. I told her to keep it and walked out. That's why consumers hate self check.

Home Depot should not use Central Transport for deliveries. They don't deliver when promised - even when they say "out for delivery". When I called Central Transport about the delivery that was due Friday, I got a message saying they are closed on weekends, "call back Monday". Home Depot customer service says they can't help. Yes they can. Stop using Central Transport.

My new refrigerator was delivered by 2 workers who spoke no English. We worked through that but realized a couple days later the doors were not level. I called the local store and received questions like “are the doors loose and about to fall off?” And “why didn’t you reject the order”. This is a simple leveling of the doors. Putting the problem back on me and asking passive aggressive questions are uncalled for. I advise to go elsewhere.

My husband and I have used Home Depot in Westchester County New York the Mohegan lake store Cortland town Center since we moved here in 2011 and it has been one issue after another. The associates that work in the store for the most part are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable And very helpful, intelligent and respectful but the follow through on products reaching your home is almost always flooded with paint that isn’t mixed tiles that are broken. Service people pay to install that refuse to do the installation for minor reasons or nonsensical reasons so once you place your order , the quality of Home Depot drops dramatically from the in-store experience also in store it will say that there are 14 available in store, but no one can find them and you quickly switch to some other choice and that can’t be found either so often times you don’t go home with what you intended.

This bad review is because of the head office. The actual store I purchased from was fine I ordered fridge online, And read through all the instructions very carefully. Including during the checkout when you had to choose whether or not you needed to order a new water hose and pay for installation of the hose. It made it clear that if you have a functioning hose, that is in good shape Then you don’t need to purchase that and the delivery team will just show up with your new fridge And install it for you. That turns out to be completely false in western Canada (Apparently, in eastern Canada, it applies). So they showed up with my new fridge, but would not take my old one away because I had not unhook the waterline, And even if I were to unhook it in front of them, they would not hook up the new fridge without a new water connecter. There was nothing wrong with my old one So the team left and now I’m stuck with two nonfunctioning fridges clogging up the kitchen During the first week of school I race over to Home Depot buy a new hose, The associates are aware of this repeating issue but their hands are tied. The delivery company also says this happens Most of the times they do deliveries for Home Depot. And now it’s up to me to rebook the delivery team to come back And now I have to watch YouTube videos on what to do with waterlines And get a neighbour to come haul the old fridge out so I could get to the waterline. And the next week they came back and installed the new fridge and took away the old one Come on Home Depot! You can do better than that! This loyal customer of several decades will not be buying my next appliances with you. Simply over being too lazy to update your website to have accurate information. All you have to do is put in bold letters that anybody ordering a fridge in western Canada must buy a new water connecter and have the fridge completely disconnected from the waterline before the delivery company shows up with the new fridge. Easy Peasy. Instead, you are knowingly causing distress unnecessarily for fellow citizens Who are then surprised that their fridge is being delivered, but it’s not being installed. Such unacceptable inaction of over such a simple problem….Fixing one or two lines on a website. Ridiculous. I gave two stars because of the ease of the use of their website and because the actual store associates were very kind. But as for the head office and top ranking people within the company that are turning a blind eye to this known problem, I give a - 5 if I could… They don’t even have a complaint department that you can send a complaint to. You can only send a email to their general email box. Which I did and it got nowhere. As for the damaged parts, I contacted the maker of the fridge directly, and they were awesome and solved my problem.
