“I recently needed to correctly replace a bathroom faucet. I had stopped elsewhere and encountered a rude person who did not offer any assistance. I decided to go to the Home Depot on 159th in Orland, Il. I went to the plumbing section where Dashica was understanding and offered suggestions. She then asked Tony to further assist me. Both listened to my questions and showed me possibilities that would work and why. I chose one. Tony offered to explain how it should be the correct faucet for my needs. After the poor reception I had received at a different store, working with both Dashica and Tony were fantastic. I purchased one there and it is already in and working. Both Dashica and Tony should be proud that they went out of their way to help a customer. Great employees!”

“Our 27yo dishwasher died. We went to a competitor first. Mistake. There were two that matched our wishlist (white with steel tub). Waited 15 mins for an available customer service person. Finally approached a rep in a different department. Kindly helped us, but did not have anything we could get in the same month. Went to Home Depot and Samatha approached us immediately. There were two in white, one w stainless tub. She checked and found us another option that was perfect. Also, on sale, $50 off and available Dec 13, not the end of Dec or mid Jan. In and out in 5mins with more than we expected. Samatha was professional and friendly and got us more than we expected for less than we expected to pay.”

“The Flooring department at your Copiague store has an amazing salesperson. Barbara helped us and navigated a problem with our carpet delivery. We love our new carpet and we had it in time for the holidays. Barbara worked overtime to get our problem solved. You need more great people like Barbara!”

“Omg - I had the best experience with our delivery!! Just moved into a new home and had a refrigerator, washer and dryer delivered and installed. Carl Reid was the nicest, friendliest and helpful delivery guy. He definitely knew what he was doing and installed everything with perfection!! He was the man!!!!”

“Talk about efficiency in action. The two guys that showed up right on time to deliver our LG Washer and dryer weren't messing around. One guy disconnected and removed the old appliances while the other uncrated the new. Didn't take them a half hour total. I was very appreciative of their professionalism. Since it was a bit after noon gave each $20 for lunch.”

“I had a refrigerator delivered within the timeline I was given. Date; December 3rd. Timeline : 7:30 am - 11:30 am central time. They called at 8:10 am (eastern time that I’m on) and there by 9 because they had a delivery before me. These young men, Judson and Jeremiah, could not have been more professional, capable or friendly. I had a path made easy for them and the old fridge was cleaned, unhooked and ready for them to remove. They were gentle with the new fridge and with my house as they navigated the larger fridge in. Not one dent, scratch or any mark was put on the fridge or my house. They worked well as a team and treated me like a friend. My sister had Lowes deliver a fridge the week before and had a nightmare to contend with. I now realize it isn’t the stores, it’s the independent contractors they hire. I prayed over my team and over my sister’s next team that had to get her another fridge that wasn’t damaged. The next one she got was a dream delivery like mine. So many people complain about the bad experiences but I always commend on the wonderful experiences I have and this was one of the best. Even Cassandra, my customer service representative that helped me pick out my fridge, at the Tiger Town store in Auburn Alabama was excellent!! She always gives her customers the best treatment. I know God answers prayers. He answered mine with this delivery. Thank you, Home Depot and thank you, Judson and Jeremiah! I’m so happy with my fridge! So far Home Depot has not let me down yet and this was the second delivery I’ve had with them. A washer a couple of years ago was great experience also.”

“I had a dishwasher delivered yesterday and was blessed to have angels disguised as Home Depot employees. . When i told Enrique and Brandon to just leave it on the porch they said they would install it for free for me and take out the old one that was terribly stuck.. They were knowledgeable on all my questions , polite, professional, and went above and beyond. They did a fantastic job !!”

“Was there about 7:30 am looking for an unusual size bulb for my recessed lighting. Adam Salazar came straight to me asking if I needed help. I showed him the burned bulb I had. He looked it up on the app and showed me how to look it up. We went straight to it. Usually, I have to search for someone to help me and most employees avoid eye contact so you don’t have to ask them a question. But Adam was awesome. He took the time to show me the website and how to look for it. He was a great help! He even called another employee (more familiar with electrical) to verify that what we found would fit the socket. Thank you, Adam for your help. I really appreciated it.”

“Home Depot is great ! 👍Love my beautiful appliances 👍I bought all my appliances with the great package deal for my refrigerator, microwave , stove and dishwasher. Plus 2 year no financing for special customers since I bought toilets , faucets and many home supplies. Great toilet's , Glacier Bay , store brand name. My plumber recommends them. I am from Boardman Ohio and I shop at the Boardman store. Chris the sales employee in appliances was very helpful and also 5 stars to Delaney when I called about my delivery that day.She was very nice and helpful Delivery went well . I will continue in the future buying from Home Depot you can't beat their Great home fixtures , prices, service and financing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you 😊 to Home Depot and staff. 👌👍”

“I had to get porch paint at Home depot Dickson city I wish I got the employee’s name in the paint department. She was a young girl was about 6:30 PM and I’ve never come across such a helpful and knowledgeable person at a Home Depot store. She should be recognized.”

“I was greeted by Katie as we walked in she is friendly and professional so when we were ready to checked out we went to the pro desk where cashier Katie was, she is very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed asking me questions about my project. We're redoing our garage putting in a concrete floor and rebuilding walls. She made sure I got my pro number in and called for a loader, I didn't have to wait they got me loaded out right away. We've been to Home Depot many time in the last several month for our remodel on both our house and garage.”

“Christiansburg Virginia store, ... John in the paint department was very helpful with solving a matching color situation I had today, he suggested the best way to solve this concern and provided the paint match that I needed. I used to work for that other company, but have been an HD customer since moving to VA in 2007. Thanks, Bill”

“Home Depot is superior to their counterparts. How are they superior? They answer their phone, they speak with you and discuss the situation and give products that actually concentrate on your issue. They wait until you are satisfied before asking is there anything else on today. Thank you for contacting Home Depot for your special projects.”

“Yes the employee of Home Depot, Chris Bofo, in the plumbing department, made me very happy, very satisfied and made my day! Chris was able to exceed my expectation by explaining how to fix and install the sink faucet Gasket of my kitchen. He guided me where to pick the right gasket. Finally I went to my kitchen and did what he told me to do and everything went very well and no more leakage! My sincere thanks to Chris and Home Depot!”
