“Yes the employee of Home Depot, Chris Bofo, in the plumbing department, made me very happy, very satisfied and made my day! Chris was able to exceed my expectation by explaining how to fix and install the sink faucet Gasket of my kitchen. He guided me where to pick the right gasket. Finally I went to my kitchen and did what he told me to do and everything went very well and no more leakage! My sincere thanks to Chris and Home Depot!”

“I am a 100% Disabled Veteran and I want to thank, Jessica, Alec, and Cameron, Store #40 Park Place Drive, Covington LA, especially for superb service; i had to return to bundles of shingles, Cameron jumped in to action by taking the bundles off of my Truck, got the new shingle and placed them in my truck, with a perfect demeaner showing respect and thanking me for my service. “Elizabeth Home Depot employee at the Gladstone location in Kansas City Missouri is outstanding. My wife and I were clueless on how to fix our cracked shower floor. Elizabeth was very patient, professional, knowledgeable on what we needed to get done. She excused herself for 10 minutes to help out another person and immediately came back And sat down with us and ordered our part from the computer in the flooring section. She also mentioned if we had any questions or any other concerns to reach out to her. Elizabeth is a great asset to Home Depot. Not too many out there like this.”

“Cecil made time to help me, spent alot of time, helping me figure our grass seed , mulch, weed killer etc… my first time trying to plant grass. She was crazy helpful, googled what she didn’t know to make sure I had what i needed. Walked in nervous, walked out confident. Huge thanks to Cecil!”

“I have been shopping in store as well as online for a PVC privacy fence with little success. Yesterday I went back to the store in Murrells Inlet SC. to try to understand the parts and pieces, which were spread out in two different locations, but maybe an employee could assist me. The first employee I spoke to had very little knowledge or desire to help me. Then came "Bob" from the pro desk. He not only had the desire to help but the knowledge to check inventory, the willingness to go out back and search. He admitted inventories were incorrect. Then solved my issues by ordering from another store, adding additional materials, to the tune of over $800.00 with a delivery the next day. HOME DEPOT you should be proud to have Bob as an employee. This was incredible customer service that is not usually experienced at the big box stores. It was almost like I was shopping at the Amazon website in person. Fantastic job Bob, Thank You! If you need help in Murrells Inlet SC talk to Bob at the Pro desk”

“We were shopping for a kitchen faucet and a bath showerhead at the Home Depot on Jefferson Blvd. A certain employee, Carla, was very knowledgable and helpful about these items. She gave us her time in an unhurried manner and helped us find the items that meet our needs.Nowadays, we are grateful to find an employee who knows his/her products and can explain their workings; you can't always find this today!”

“We purchased a Rheem water heater at home depot in late December 2024. We were not hone for 6 weeks only to return and fine the hot water murky. We paid to get it flushed but the problem continued. We lowered the temp.but nothingseemed to work. On 3/29/25 We decided to take it back to the store on South Padre Blvd in Brownsville Tx andtgemanager was amazing. Hewas extremely helpful and authorized the exchange right away. We are so grateful because we are senior citizens on a fixed income. We had to pay again for reinstating but we are relieved that we didn't have to purchase another waterheater ... Thank you very much!”

“I was looking for the anvil leaf rack, there was none on the rack. I asked for assistance; Chris from gardening was very helpful. He located some you had in stock. They were on the top shelf beneath several other large boxes.He proudly unloaded all of them to get the one I needed. That was very commendable of an employee. A job well done Chris.”

“Having just moved to town, we were delighted at the service we received at the Strongsville Home Depot at the corner of Pearl Road and Sprague. We walked in clueless and a little apprehensive, but after meeting John S, we realized we would be able to acquire the supplies we needed, and were assured that we had bought both quality and practical merchandise. We remain thankful to John for his kind and thorough service which included making key duplicates after helping us pick out the appropriate locks, door fixtures. He took time until we understood what we needed to do! We will revisit Home Depot, specifically the door and window department and ask for John for our upcoming projects. Sincere thanks to him and his manager, Destiny.”

“Shar was working the Customer Service desk at the Home Depot in Arnold, MO this morning. Good thing for me! My wife and I had gone there to pick up a glass shower door which we had purchased online. It must weigh 150 pounds. When they brought it out from the store room, the shipping box had significant damage, and Shar suggested that we inspect the product before we took it home. It turned out that the shower door was okay. Then Shar not only called for assistance to help us load the door on our truck, she also gave us a roll of tape to re-seal the box while she went looking for an appropriate dolly to transport the item. Finally, I was so concerned about the possibility of damage to the shower door that I had forgotten about another item I had purchased. But Shar remembered, and she brought the item to me while we were loading the shower door. Here's the best part...Shar was not the employee who had waited on us when we came to pick up the door! She saw that there was a problem and came forward on her own initiative to help. Customer service at its best. Thanks, Shar!”

“I just competed a fairly large fence project at our home. I am not in construction but do fairly well on my own. I prepared my material list and priced Home Depot and our town’s local lumber yard. Home Depot was about 10% cheaper including delivery cost. My delivery was very timely and professionally handled. Out of $1800 of building materials I didn’t have one bad item. Upon finishing I had about 20 miscellaneous lumber items left over. I took them back this morning for a full and immediate refund. The staff at the Scripps Poway Parkway store could not have been more helpful. My whole experience was “Outstanding”!!! Thanks! Hal”
