“I ordered a much needed water vacuum for a leak downstairs. I ordered online at about 9 a.m. & it was delivered free by 1:30 p.m.. Unbelievable great service. Made my day ! Dave H.”

“I just want to say how much I appreciate all the help and support I got at our local Home Depot in Butler, Pennsylvania from assistant manager, Lisa! She went far above and beyond to help us with a couple issues we had with a newly purchased washer & dryer set. The delivery team dropped the ball on this one, but Lisa picked it up and ran for a big score! She is a wonderful and compassionate lady and the Butler Home Depot is very fortunate to have her on their team.”

“What a great learning experience I had at the Highlands Ranch, CO Home Depot store, with Sussanne. Great teacher. She taught me a. how to make measurements for my kitchen so that I can pick the right cabinets b. Build a Wall Cabinet Floor Plan and a Base Cabinet Floor Plan c. Adviced me what the current trends and styles are. My old cabinets were the old style d. Showed me where to find my cabinets on the actual store and which ones to pick up. e. Showed me how to use the Home Depot WebSite to select different Cabinets. f. Showed me on her Cabinet Design Application how my kitchen would look like. g. She told me what the standard sizes are in cabinets. h. She showed me how to find a cabinet from the OMS ID. She delayed her lunch to help me. I went to my condo and took correct measurements. These are type of employees Home Depot make a difference. Because of the great service, help and education Sussane gave me, I felt confident to go and buy my cabinets and chosed Home Depot. I went to Buy and Build and Lowe's and also to another Home Depot store but was not well informed to buy with others. And went from an idiot in cabinets that knew nothing to now know how to take measurements and remodel my kitchen cabinets. Thank you Sussane, you are a great teacher!!!”

“WE went to the cabinet department and we won the jackpot by getting Allie Vermilye at her desk. She was knowledgeable, straight forward, willing to go the extra mile, and easy to work with. I didn’t know all of my dimensions and she helped us by ensuring that they were correct, designing a layout and emailing information back and forth. I can’t imagine working with someone better. Thank you for ac wonderful experience, # 6330 and Home Depot!!”

“Last night 12-21-23, my faucet broke off a $400.00 4 hole kitchen faucet and sprayer set which I purchased from Ferguson/ SignatureHardware. After 3 calls to Signature Hardware, then Ferguson and first being told the set and part were available and I could get the part I needed in Asheville Ferguson. When I finally got a very nice man at the Ferguson in Asheville, I was told a new set or the part wasn't available. So I went to Home Depot, I asked a wonderful employee, who was off the clock on this way home for help.. He stayed with me for several minutes as we tried to find the set I wanted for $165.00. When he had spent about 15 minutes with me he introduced me to a great gentleman Dave, who ordered the set on line. He was honest and said "I don't think it will arrive before Christmas , but we'll try." I learned a great lesson " if you want great customer service and good prices "Go to Home Depot".”

“There are some of the staff that are not pleasant, i used to have a bad experienced but since i met Kim, she is the most pleasant and very helpful and accommodating one. My husband and myself praises her for her sincere and heartfelt service. Anything that you need to know she explains very well. I wish other staff will learn from her , for us, she is the best. “We are purchasing plantation shutters from the Blue Ridge, GA Home Depo. We are building a home and have been back and forth between both Lowes and Home Depot over the last 5 months. Josephine facilitated this process in a seamless fashion. She was so helpful and patient with both the shutters and our flooring. She displayed stellar customer service and provided the single best experience we have ever had with Home Depot. We wish that all employees could be like her. She needs to be in a leadership role as she is an example on how to do it right. She deserves a raise!”

“Today I went to Home Depot in Cornelius, North Carolina. I was in the back of the store looking for storage containers. A worker, by the name of “Greg” could see that I was going to need a cart, and without even mentioning it he kindly went to the front of the store and brought a cart to the back of the store for me. He was professional, attentive to my needs and kind. On his own, he put all the storage containers in the cart and brought everything to the checkout area for me. In todays world, we are Lucky to find a dedicated employee wanting to assist the customer. Greg, went above and beyond! He really made my day.”
