"I was delivered 2 dead and broken plants , the delivery driver left my boxes out at my front gate, instead of placing them on my porch where they'd be protected. In order to receive a refund, they've given me an option to have the courier pick up the damaged plants, but, I have no box to pack them in, because they, too were damaged! So, now I have to drive 50 miles to a store with these damaged plants , stand in line and argue with a store associate, due to a blunder I didn't cause! The chat feature is worthless ! What happened to accountability in this country ?!"

THAT IS BAD BUSINESS THEY SHOULD OF PUT IT IN WRITING SO WE COULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK BEFORE THE TIME."

I paid in full per their requirements.\r\n\r\nAfter months of waiting for parts with no updates (I had to follow up constantly), I finally scheduled the install. I took time off work, only to be called 30 minutes before the end of the window and told the installation wouldn\u2019t happen. When the installer arrived anyway, he said the design wouldn\u2019t work with the space. He promised a redesign within a week\u2014this never came.\r\n\r\nDespite multiple calls and messages to the installer, the sales rep, and managers, I received no response. After two months of silence, I hired another provider to complete the job. When I asked for a refund, Home Depot kept 35% of the payment, claiming I canceled the job\u2014even though they could provide no evidence of a cancellation or redesign ever being sent.\r\n\r\nThis is unacceptable. Home Depot failed to complete the work, failed to communicate, and then refused to issue a full refund. I\u2019m seeking the return of the 35% withheld for services not rendered."

"I am so disgusted with home depot. We ordered a starlink router because it would be delivered upnorth on time while we were up there. The delivery date kept changing. I made numerous calls to get this resolved. They all lied about everything. Now trying to get it picked up and returned back to the store. Spent over an hour and fifteen minutes and still no resolution. The worst process ever. The box was suppossed to be picked up 2 days ago, still nothing. All lies, rude managers. People don't understand what you are saying"

"In April I ordered 4(four) Red Drift Roses that came in one gallon containers naked Red. I planted them very excited to get them. They are PINK. Note: none were blooming when I planted them. I am elderly and it was difficult for me to get them planted and then when I contacted customer service I was told to dig them up and return them."
