I ordered a generator which was delivered prior to the expected delivery time but it was delivered at the bottom of the hill I live on. It's about 200 yds uphill to my house. The generator weighs 200 lbs and it wasn't possible to reload into a truck due to the weight. I had to drag the pallet/generator 200 yds up a steep hill using a hand truck.
I will never order a heavy item through Home Depot for delivery again. I would have been better of picking it up from the store.
No other carrier has left a delivery at the bottom of my hill.
