I should have looked online for reviews on Home Depot. Worst place to purchase appliances. They are disorganized so incorrect information was given to me. I recently purchased an LG front load washer/dryer, they rescheduled my appointment twice, by the third time, the truck deliver driver showed up without the product, saying he was there to fix the old appliance. What a disappointment, I told him, I didn't purchase a service, I purchased a new product. I called Home Depot, they said it was supposed to be in the truck for delivery and then said, the box was missing! Talk about how frustrated I was. I had taken the day off from work, I told them to cancel the order. I had waited 4 weeks for this delivery. I am NEVER purchasing any appliances or large items at Home Depot. They should be ashamed of the discrepancy and issues with customer deliveries.
