One shovel shows up 6 days later in a box marked "Qty. 2." $15 per hour minimum wage in Commifornia and they can't even count to two. Called customer service. Couldn't understand a word she said. My voice is still hoarse from yelling " What!" Send me my shovel. No. We'll give you a refund and you can re-order it. Now, I'm a reasonable man, quite handsome too. But this is absolute B.S.
