Store supposedly working out a contract with new countertop installation crew. Drug their feet so much on this I went and ordered my countertop elsewhere and had a private installation crew put them in.
Home Depot is loosing business over all of this. Hard to get the countertop person to answer the phone and she is hardly ever there when I come in to speak to them.
Poor customer service for sure.
