We special ordered a dryer and went to pick it up and received the wrong one. I even signed for it not knowing it was the wrong one! When my husband and I got home we realized that this was not what we ordered. After calling the store and they called the warehouse it had been sorted out. Everyone had been professional about it and people were up front about the mistake that had been made. These people had great integrity and were so helpful getting this sorted out. They turned a what was stressful experience into a pleasant experience. Instead of trying to charge a restocking fee and then make us repurchase another dryer they were amazing. And told us that ours was in the warehouse and that they would get it ready for us. They put the customer's needs first. Thanks you Home Depot Guam Store and Warehouse!
