We have been happy with being able to find ao many things at home depot for our firat home, and we have become expert DIYers!
Our shipping experience of some items was much less than ideal, and I did talk to customer service and suggest they should hire a different company.
Also many times in the store, employees have no idea how to help or answer a question or they will suggest something they "Google." Doesn't make me very confident. But when I do find a seasoned employee who knows what they are talking about, it's much appreciated!
