My husband and I purchased a refrigerator in July. Our delivery date was set for Aug 16th. When we got home, my husband noticed that the delivery address was not correct, we got back in our car and went back to the store, to the customer service desk and they said they corrected it. Well, they did not, we are without a refrigerator, and it was supposed to be delivered today. We are being told is won't be delivered until next week at the earliest. We are Senior's and My husband is no well. A suggestion was that we go buy a drome frig in the meantime at home depo. Really, I need to pay more money to their mess up. No one called to confirm the our address before delivery. We found 20 mins before the delivery. They can't deliver because of protocol, which I get, but why can't they pick up the phone to get this corrected. The customer service person by the name of "Phil" Tried to fix it, but I asked to speak to his supervisor and never did. Worst customer service. Considering cancelling my order and going to Lowes and see if they can do better.
