I purchased a stoved a HD witch was damage during delivery. They have a 48hrs policy to open the box and report any damage. My house was under construction I couldn’t open anything by the time. Once I opened the box I realized the range was damage and neither LG or HD would take responsibility for it. They insist in the 48hr policy witch I think is not enough time. It use to be 14 days.
Anyways here I am with a brand new broken stove that I can not use. It is really irritating.
