I online ordered from Home Depot a washer & dryer with delivery and installation for 9/22/24. That delivery didn't not happen due to a miscommunication with the delivery people. I rescheduled deliver for 9/27/23.
Today I received an email from Home Depot telling me delivery has been rescheduled to Tuesday, tomorrow, 9/26/23. I call to report the error and was told it had always been for the 26th. After a discussion about my being mistaken (highly insulting) I ask to reschedule. Next I'm told that they will not schedule a specific time window, only a day.:
Not only has my time and schedule been disrupted twice but I'm told to block off an entire day for a delivery that may well be rescheduled the day before, again.
I wished I had purchased from Lowe's for the same price but a guaranteed 4 hour window delivery.
I won't make this mistake twice.
