There are some of the staff that are not pleasant, i used to have a bad experienced but since i met Kim, she is the most pleasant and very helpful and accommodating one. My husband and myself praises her for her sincere and heartfelt service. Anything that you need to know she explains very well. I wish other staff will learn from her , for us, she is the best.
