No idea when my order will be shipped.
The website says it will be delivered today, March 11, 2024, but doesn't say when it will even be shipped.
Calling their 800 number just repeats the same info, saying the order was received, and I will be notified when it will be shipped.
So, why does it show today as a delivery day when it is still in the "order received" status??????
And there is absolutely zero contact methods available to speak to someone about the status.
