I would rate home depot a -10 but that is not an option. We had our pellets delivered today. The delivery driver was a night to deal with. He broke an entire pellet and left it in the middle of our drive way. He also broke the bottom of the other pellets' and he didn't even put them where we asked him.
Also my husband hand to pick up each bag himeself and make a pile, becuse he dropped it over the driveway.
He had an attitude and just left, we will not be dealing with home depot anymore.
