I ordered a brand new air conditioner from Home Depot , paid for it and told the girl in customer service it had to be delivered to the upper unit
When I finally received it the air conditioner was delivered to lower area and the box was opened
And it was upside down and the box was soiled
Called Home Depot they were going to send someone out to bring the air conditioner to upper unit and it took so long I had someone eles bring it upstairs
Had it installed today and the front of it is crooked
