10-16-24 At HD Hollywood (store manager Thomas Collazo) the man who was in the plants register at 2:27 pm was so rude. He sat when he saw me with 2 big soil bags and kept watching me, I asked if it was self service and told me up to you. It was so difficult to see the screen because of the sun light but he never tried to help, just watch me.
Then, he is there just waiting to complete hours to get his payment. Very bad customer service!!!! Next time I go to Lowe's and they have discounts!! Home Depot 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
