I ordered a patio door on Friday 11/8 and told it would be delivered by Monday 11/11. It did not come.
I was told that there was a problem and it would be delayed until Saturday 11/16. I get a call the next day telling me they made a mistake and it wasn’t going to get to the house until early December.
At this point I just want to cancel the order and get a refund. I’m being told I have to wait until it’s delivered (I don’t think it’s even left the warehouse) a few weeks from now then they’ll cancel the order and refund me the money.
