I recently visited one of your branches to purchase a refrigerator that was listed at $1,495 with a specific item code in your store. However, I found the exact same model listed at another branch for $1,295. Given this price difference, I contacted your Customer Service team to inquire about a price match, as I am a loyal customer of Home Depot. Unfortunately, I was informed that price matching is not applicable in this case, which contradicts my understanding.
I have proof of both price listings, including photos of the item price in-store and the price at the other branch. Additionally, I have successfully purchased the same refrigerator at the Brick for $1,295. Given this discrepancy, I kindly request that my case be reviewed. If my claim is acknowledged and resolved, I would like to proceed with my purchase through your store and cancel my Brick Order.
