I've been doing business with them for a long time and I've never had an issue until recently when I say a long time I'm talking 25 years. But when I needed them the most they let me down. I ordered a bathtub and it was not a special order as I understand special order. About a day after I ordered it I decided to cancel the order but it had already shipped. So it shows up at my house a few days later, and I need to return it. After reading the return policy I realized I could probably just take it back to the local store. Well they would not accept it. So I had to initiate a return online and a truck would come pick it up from a secondary vendor of course. Well the secondary vendor was supposed to contact me within 48 hours and they never did. After many calls to customer service they finally picked it up about 10 days later than they should have. Normally this wouldn't be a problem except I am trying to move and I needed the space in my garage. Then I was also having them install a window for me. Will they show up today to put the window in and it's the wrong size! This is after about a four week wait. So now I have to wait for a new window to be made and my house was supposed to be on the market by the end of next week! So yeah when I needed them the most they gave me the most stress and let me down! I might buy paint or something from them but I'm not going to have any kind of major purchases anymore.
