William was very helpful when NO ONE ELSE was this morning. I went to the customer service first, and the guy there was very short and curt with me, to pick up my bathtub. My contractor was waiting in the contractor pickup zone as requested. I finally flagged down William who said, "I am in windows and doors." But he stopped what he was doing and looked up my order. It was in the hold for delivery cage and he gave it to me, as well as the paperwork the others were supposed to do. It was only a good experience because of William's "can do" attitude - no other reason. He was a great employee. He should be teaching others. I grew up in retail (my parents owned a jewelry store in San Antonio) and almost no one has a "customer first" attitude today. Also, they don't answer the phone.
