Shermam Texas store is deplorable worst management I have ever seen all areas of the store are understaffed and most employees are not helpful will not use this store for major purchases again Gainesville Texas store is exact opposite great customer service with knowledgeable employees pro desk is excellent will make all major purchases at this location. Have many rental units and use the financing and service of Homedepot often and the contrast between the two stores can only be because of management
