I wanted to express my disgust in the customer service I have just experience by your Team. When trying to raise a compliant I was then told there is no complaints procedure, the operator was not willing to provide the details of the Manager on shift and I was told any emails would be reviewed by the same Team and I would not receive any more assistance. The operator was both very rude and unhelpful. This is my first time buying a hoover product, I hate the product I have purchased, it has ruined numerous clothe items with but stains and tears. I cannot afford to keep purchasing damaged clothes and I should not be left in the situation where I have a washing machine which I am scared to use because of the damage it causes. Following on from Hoover's response, where they "requested an opportunity to make this right". This opportunity was for me to buy a refurbished machine! What an absolute insult! To top it off this email came from the individual who posted the response. Showing the response on Trust polit was just for PR. Based on my experience of the company and its products, I recommend you spend your hard earn money else where! Read their history of bad customer service and faulty products.
