Hoover Candy would not honour their 10 year parts warranty. Made things very difficult for me when trying to claim against this. Made me wait 2 months for resolution and then offered me a washing machine at almost retail price as compensation. Do not buy any Hoover Candy products. If things go wrong you will not get any service from these awful people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!
