Zero stars if I could
Washing machine rubber split , the guy came and looked told me a week and then cancelled on me , then showed uk a week later , said he’d fixed it , smoke and burning rubber smell bellowing out the machine , they somehow managed to give me a new problem !!! Cannot get anyone to listen to me . Huge pile of washing another trip to laundrette , what am I paying £8 a month for ??!!! Trying to tell them I have an emergency and they want to tell me about offers !!!!!
