After sale support absolutely rubbish. It took me 3 days going round in circles on their websites and being passed from pillar to post, only to find out that the part I wanted was obsolete. Terrible……atrocious…….unbelievably bad. I would never buy anything from them again. Candy Hoover I would like to vomit in your office.
Avoid at all cost.
