Noisy water valve in the machine. Thump is heard throughout the house. Engineer said it’s a known fault but currently no replacement part has been developed. Asked for refund as the noise is awful. Apparently engineer has completed his report saying nothing wrong with the machine! So going round and round in circles with emails to them, they ignore my questions, will not escalate, appalling service.
