Zero stars. In under 2 months the appliance has fused the electrics. Apparently it needs a new PCB or PCP board. How can an allegedly new item break in such a short time? What kind of quality control do they have. Company won’t replace as it’s outside the 28 day period. Elderly lady now living in fear of it and having to use launderette. This company is now owned by a multi-national company based in China. Unsurprisingly being a multi-national they take no responsibility for producing faulty, potentially dangerous equipment.
