My family bought a fridge freezer. The compressor broke after 3 months causing us to lose our shopping. Customer service has been among the worst I have encountered—lack of replies, rude, no urgency to remedy the situation, misleading efforts to upsell unneeded additional warranty, lies about logging complaints and follow up. Still unresolved. Run from this company and do not look back.
