I purchased a under counter fridge and freezer , after 13 months the fridge would not get cold enough to keep food from going off. Contacted the retailer( Currys) they said out of warranty after 12 months contact manufacturer, I did this and was informed by Candy customer services that there products are only guaranteed for 12 months. So if you only want a product to ladt for 12 months then this is the company to go too,if on the other hand you want a good quality product GO TO ANOTHER MANUFACTURER
