Host and Stay managed our property in Richmond for one year until last month when we decided to sack them. The care of our property was non existent. The changeover service was poor and not managed by Host and Stay and we had regular bad reviews. It never improved and Host and Stay even continued to charge us for the poor service provided. I dont thin they ever visited the property to see what was happening.
We moved to Sykes Cottages and their service is VASTLY superior
