Not happy that a few weeks after booking the arrival time was changed to 4pm, would really put me off booking a short break with this company again.
I had to contact them several times before our arrival ( to ask if we could arrive at 3pm as originally advertised and also book an extra night)and although they always promised to get back to me they didn't.
I must add that all their properties I have stayed in have been perfect.
