We were told it was on one level to the door it happened to be two steps we were told plenty of parking outside not so always struggled to find a place the place was not bad but steps into various rooms the hot water stoped working
We had to call them in they came and also replaced the light bulbs that were out
Chipped plates not enough glasses very disappointed in the place at the price
