We are a party of 7 who have just returned from one of your properties in whitby (high tide). The house was faultless, great position, spotless, comfortable. Lovely outside decking area. There was just one thing, 3 from our group were involved in a horrible traffic accident on there way in and were very lucky to have only minor injuries. The driver spent hours on the phone trying to sort a hire car and could only get one at midday on day of departure and we were told they could not leave luggage even just for 2 hour. This I thought was a bit mean and uncharitable under the circumstances.
