Hidden information!!! We were not aware of additional charges when making this booking. Further to us making full payment to Booking.com the Hosts would not give us access information for our 3 night stay until we made a further £25 payment. Albeit outside of the control of the Host, On arrival we were greeted by loud foul and offensive language. This accommodation is directly opposite and within 6m of the bedrooms and entrance. Host and Stay surely have a moral obligation to make prospective guests aware of what’s outside the main entrance. Newly renovated property
