On arrival the property had not been cleaned, called host an stay and they said they would send housekeeping the following day to clean it, I had to experience this over night, my Daughter was travelling the next day other wise I would have left. The cleaner arrived, she stayed 40mins, while in my presence she called the cleaning company she told them the property was really bad, there was still dog hair every where after she left, our clothes / bedroom / carpets, the shower had previous clients shower products left it had not been cleaned, I can go on an on. Pots an pans were dirty so we didn’t use them. As a owner of a holiday let myself, the service an after care from host an stay is appalling, I was offered the cleaning fee back, an now they are not answering calls or emails. Avoid this company the revues mirror mine.
