Three of us stayed in Captain Loft at Whitby for 2 nights. The place was clean and at a good location. However we didn’t know it was on the third floor with lots of stairs to negotiate. It would be appreciated by people with accessibility issues if this was mentioned in the booking. There was no WiFi access. There were only 4 tea bags, 4 instant coffee sachets and one small sachet of shampoo, one small sachet of body wash to share between three of us for 2 nights. Hope the next guests could get a little more generous supplies.
