On 24/07/23 - 27/07/23 , I availed of your services and was dissatisfied with the results. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your team to resolve this ongoing issue, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from your customer service department. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints.As a valued customer,(and my 10 lovely friends who joined me) I expect a higher level of service and attention to my concerns.
