APPT B Property at centre of Saltburn comfortable. No communication about where bins go so left in property on leaving. Property ideal for Family who like cardio of steps. Stayed in four properties of Host and Stay properties all perfect. However the administration side is hapharzard and not always reliable if there is issues there is no joined up thinking between staff so constantly having to repeatedly to explain problem. We feel the oversight of this is the customer has to chase about the problem, it seems forgotten without customers you dont have a business.
