Host & stay booking was easy to use couldn’t have done it any easier. But sadly on our stay in wales our property wasn’t what we expected .
We were greeted by the smell of damp, mould , dust , hair in the fridge and live and dead woodlice in the property . We contact Host & stay to be told it would be re cleaned but sadly it wasn’t . I contacted them again after a day . Communication with host & stay was good but felt let down by no action taken .
Would book again via Host & stay but would not stay again at property .
