Customer service was spot on. They answered my queries and took note of my concerns to pass onto the owner. I was happy with the service from Host &Stay and it will be down to the property owner to sort any problems. Stayed at the Loft, Whitby. Flat wasn't the cleanest, which surprised me,or most comfortable but that's the way it goes.
