Easy booking, excellent communication throughout. I needed to phone for clarification and found the customer service staff very helpful on both occasions.
The property we stayed in in Whitby, Freshwater View was perfect, very clean and an easy walking distance from the centre of Whitby and the bonus was having parking. Brilliant price in November for 3 nights.
