We originally booked a 2 night stay at Argyll Street, Ropewalks, Liverpool. The property is as the pictures, welcoming warm and immaculate. The location is perfect too. Due to a flight cancellation on the day of our checkout we unfortunately required a further 4 nights and that evening a member of staff soryrd everything out for us, in fact we were able to return to the same apartment. This was perhaps 2 hours later and it again was immaculate, warm and welcoming, complete with fresh beds and towels. Contact and customer service is great. Such a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again.
