We stayed at Falkner 20.1 in Liverpool in mid February. The place was in a very convenient location for our stay; close to both the University of Liverpool and the downtown area. The house was very spacious for our group of 5 adults with plenty of beds and large rooms with high ceilings and two full bathrooms. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, safe and full of the amenities that desired. Communication with Host and Stay was quick and clear. Check in and property details were sent out early and were very clear. We would stay there again, if were in the area.
