We stayed at host and stay Fleet Street Liverpool recently . We found the apartment clean , at a great location. We did not mind the noise from street , beds very comfortable . We had an issue with hot water and was fixed by staff straight away. The only issue we had is I am a wheelchair user and while there is a lift in reception accommodation is not wheelchair friendly. There was a step at front door and another near reception . The shower also was difficult no grab rails or no slip mat . If I was able bodied we would had had no issues with accommodation.
