Lovely place close to amenities. Vey easy to find and plain sailing check inn. A couple of downsides. Very noisy with the wind through the windows, ie whistling specially the patio doors. I do think £25 non refundable breakage is very steep, nothing was broken and I will not get this back at least have a refundable deposit.
