We recently stayed at Astoria Close in Broadstairs. The whole place needs a good clean. Dust on many surfaces, cobwebs in the shower room and toilet, floors that had been swept but needed mopping, a dead bird in the outside area (wouldn't call it a garden). Also the bedroom and shower room doors are extremely difficult to open and close as they do not clear the floor.
