Terrible company. Had the worst experience with them on a recent holiday cottage.
Had to vacate a fay early as nothing was getting resolved despite raising a complaint the 1st morning.
No working TV, extractor fan, light or ice machine.
No essentials like tea towels, oven gloves, cling film etc.
Customer service is shocking, takes weeks to respond and on a £420 holiday, they have offered less than £30.
